Tasty and strictly seasonal, Carnia cuisine uses genuine, natural ingredients which in the mountain climate acquire a special, richer flavour.

The cuisine is a faithful reflection of the people, developed over the centuries, in the river valleys and woods, almost hidden by the surrounding mountains which have conserved it in a sweet, natural harmony. But it is also a renewed cuisine which re-elaborates traditional dishes in an original manner, following the lines of the evolution of taste.
